Privacy policy

Sentra Response apps don't collect personal data. There's no account to create, no advertising and no tracking. Your study progress stays on your phone.
This policy covers the Sentra Response website, sentraresponse.com, and our apps for iPhone and Android, starting with Part 107 Remote Pilot test prep. Sentra Response LLC is a Florida company. "We" and "us" in this policy mean Sentra Response LLC.
What the apps keep on your phone
The app saves your answers, scores, practice test results and settings on your phone so it can show your progress and readiness. This data isn't sent to us or to anyone else, and we can't see it. Deleting the app deletes it from your phone.
If your phone backs up to iCloud or to your Google Account, the backup can include this data. It's stored in your own account under Apple's or Google's terms, and we can't see it.
Purchases
Apple processes every purchase made on iPhone, and Google Play processes every purchase made on Android, including the one-time course unlock. We don't receive your name, email address or payment details.
To unlock the course, the app asks the store, on your phone, which purchases belong to your Apple Account or Google Account. That's also how it restores your purchase on another phone. Apple's and Google's handling of your information is covered by Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
Crash reports and app statistics
If you've allowed it in your phone's settings, Apple or Google shares crash reports and app performance statistics with us. They describe the phone and the error. They don't include your name or contact details.
On iPhone, turn this off in Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements, then Share With App Developers. On Android, turn it off in Settings, under Google, then More, then Usage & diagnostics.
This website
The website has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It's hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you email us, we use your address and message to answer you and to fix problems you report. Our mailbox is hosted by Namecheap's Private Email service, which stores the messages. See Namecheap's privacy policy. We keep the conversation only as long as it's useful for support, and we delete it if you ask. We don't add you to any mailing list.
Sharing and selling
We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising. We would disclose an email conversation only if the law required it.
Children
Our apps are for people preparing for licensing and certification exams. They aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
Everything the apps store stays on your phone, so you control it: delete the app to delete your progress. To have us delete an email conversation, write to support@sentraresponse.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If an app ever starts collecting data, we'll update this policy, the app's privacy details on the App Store and its Data safety section on Google Play before that version is released.
