These terms cover the Sentra Response website and our apps for iPhone and Android.
License
On iPhone, our apps are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
On Android, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, under these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
On both, these terms add a few points specific to Sentra Response.
Study material, not official guidance
Our apps help you prepare for exams. The practice questions are original and written to cover the subjects of each exam. They are not the questions on the real test, and a score on a practice test doesn't guarantee a result on the real one.
Rules change. We check our questions against the current text of the regulations, but the regulation itself is always the authority, such as 14 CFR part 107 at ecfr.gov. Before you fly, check the current rules and any notices that apply to your flight.
No affiliation
Sentra Response is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration or any testing vendor.
Purchases and refunds
Course unlocks are one-time in-app purchases. Apple processes them on iPhone, and Google Play processes them on Android. Refunds follow each store's refund policy. Our Support page explains how to ask for one.
Our content
The questions, explanations and artwork in our apps are for your personal study. Don't copy, sell or republish them.
Limits
The apps and this website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Sentra Response LLC isn't responsible for exam results or for decisions you make based on study material.
